We are looking for smart, talented, and enthusiastic people to join our sales team. This position is about using your sales expertise to sell the benefits of the network to local businesses in need of our offerings.

Compensation:
This is a base plus commission opportunity with no cap to your earning potential. You will be given a large territory with no competition and a unique service offering.

Estimated Year 1: $45,000 - $60,000 (base plus commission, based on closed sales)
Estimated Year 2: $65,000 - $85,000 (base plus commission, based on closed sales)
Estimated Year 3: $90,000+ (base plus commission, based on closed sales)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with local business owners and show them the value of the network.
  • Continually improve sales productivity by educating business owners.
  • Listen and then lead businesses in recognizing their needs and fostering business transactions within the network.
  • Bring passion to change the way people buy and sell goods.
  • Full life-cycle experience of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships within small and medium-size businesses.
  • Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven, a team player and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build excellent client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain pertinent account details including working knowledge of using digital and social media.
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines including sales targets.
  • Proven track record in sales/customer service related fields.
  • B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Weekly sales accountability meeting

Pay: $38,287.00 - $93,493.00 per year
